Near-Miss Reporting Promotion Program

The Company encourages employees to proactively report near-miss incidents to strengthen its preventive safety management system and identify potential hazards before accidents occur. Information obtained from near-miss reports is analyzed to identify root causes, implement corrective and preventive actions, and continuously improve workplace safety performance.

Performance Indicator: Each employee reports at least three near-miss incidents per year.
