In 2025, the Company promoted a workplace environment that respects diversity and upholds equality across all processes, from recruitment, development, and performance evaluation to career advancement. Cross-functional collaboration activities were also organized to promote cooperation among diverse teams.
Target for 2029: Establish a tangible organizational culture that respects diversity and equality at all levels.
