Human Rights Communication and Training Program

In 2025, the Company consistently conducted human rights communication and training for employees at all levels on an annual basis, covering non-discrimination, respect for human dignity, fair labor practices, and the management of risk situations. Training serves as the primary mechanism for translating policy into practice.
Target for 2029: Continuously enhance awareness and the ability of employees at all levels to prevent human rights risks, embedding these principles as part of the organizational culture.
