- Regularly review the legal and regulatory register to ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
- Monitor and assess compliance performance against ESG-related requirements.
- Integrate compliance risks into the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.
- Report compliance performance and key compliance issues to management and the Board of Directors on a regular basis.
