- Develop and publish the Corporate Governance and Business Ethics Handbook (CG Handbook).
- Require directors, executives, and employees to acknowledge and comply with the CG Handbook annually.
- Communicate business ethics through email, intranet, and internal corporate activities.
- Provide training for new employees and staff at all levels on business ethics and legal compliance.
