Community Satisfaction and Social Return Assessment

The Company conducts community satisfaction surveys and evaluates project outcomes using both qualitative and quantitative approaches. In addition, the Company is exploring methodologies for assessing Social Return on Investment (SROI) to better measure the social value, effectiveness, and long-term impacts generated through its community development and social investment initiatives.
