The Company assesses and analyzes community needs through stakeholder consultations, focus group discussions, and regular engagement with community leaders, government agencies, and network partners. In addition, baseline community data are systematically collected and maintained to support the design and implementation of initiatives that are aligned with local contexts, priorities, and development needs.
