Safety Culture Assessment and Survey Program

The Company conducts an annual Safety Culture Survey to assess employees’ safety awareness, perceptions, and behaviors across the organization. The results are complemented by data from accident reports and near-miss incidents to analyze risk trends and identify improvement opportunities. These insights are systematically used to enhance preventive measures, strengthen safety management practices, and support continuous improvement in occupational health and safety performance.
