Safety Behavior Recognition and Motivation Program

The Company implements recognition and reward mechanisms to promote positive safety behaviors, including the “Safety Role Model Employee” program on a monthly and quarterly basis. In addition, Safety Performance Ranking is conducted at the departmental level to encourage healthy competition, reinforce accountability, and continuously improve occupational health and safety performance across the organization.
