Near Miss Reporting Promotion Program

The Company encourages employees to report near-miss incidents in order to strengthen proactive risk management and prevent the occurrence of actual accidents. All reported near-miss cases are systematically analyzed through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify underlying causes, and appropriate corrective and preventive actions are implemented to eliminate recurrence. These measures contribute to continuous improvement of the occupational health and safety management system and the development of a strong preventive safety culture across the organization.
