Employee Participation Promotion

The Company provides multiple channels to encourage employee participation in occupational health and safety, including the Safety Suggestion Box and the “Hazard Identification by Employees” program. In addition, joint Safety Walk activities are conducted between management and employees to identify potential hazards and strengthen workplace safety awareness. The Company also appoints Safety Ambassadors and Safety Champions in each operational area to promote safety leadership, facilitate communication, and reinforce a strong safety culture across the organization.
