Occupational Health and Safety Training

The Company provides both theoretical and practical occupational health and safety training programs for employees and contractors, covering 12 key safety courses. These include Safety Induction, Chemical Safety, Machine Safety and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Confined Space Entry, Working at Heights, Fire Prevention and Protection, and Logistics Safety, among others. The training programs are designed to enhance safety awareness, strengthen operational competencies, and ensure that personnel are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their duties safely. To ensure training effectiveness, the Company conducts Training Effectiveness Evaluations following each program and utilizes the results to support continuous improvement in competency development and safety performance.
